- Understand ClearTax’s financial product offerings clearly.
- End-to-end management of the communication cycle – Communicating with customers, handling customer queries, and driving order closure independently.
- Work closely with other functions – Sales & Chartered Accountant.
- Follow and innovate the end-to-end cycle.
- Understand the requirement of the client post-purchase of the plan and offer the financial services as per the products available.
