- It guarantees timely, hassle-free freight delivery from suppliers to Amazon fulfillment centers (FC) and from FCs of Amazon to carrier hubs.
- In the event of any exceptions, the NOC intervenes to address the problem and informs all parties involved of the developments.
- In addition to this tactical problem-solving, the NOC is tasked with identifying trends in network exceptions and automating procedures or suggesting procedure improvements to improve efficiency.
- The second aspect is thorough network data analysis and network monitoring.
- Overall, NOC is essential to maintaining Amazon transportation’s seamless operation, which directly affects Amazon’s capacity to provide on-time service to its clients.

- Skilled in collaborative management environment, clear formal and informal communication with members of the remote and local management teams.
- Strong understanding of process improvement techniques
