• Database management: Assist in developing and maintaining standardized procedures, resources, and tools that will help the team provide better customer service to its stakeholders.
• Contribute to essential background work, including secondary research, CRM, basic data analysis, and form filling, to ensure the campaign or effort is successful.
• Mailbox Management: Controlling the daily operations of client programs. In the case of events: respond to frequently asked questions, reroute questions, give an update on registration answers, etc.
• Create and maintain distribution lists and reports.
• Template creation: Assist with developing and maintaining templates for executive profiling, debriefs, and newsletters.
• Update SharePoint sites with materials supplied by functional or sector leads.
• Support for campaign administration including handling of purchase orders, managing content, and ITS coordination.
• Plan meetings to discuss event preparation and reserve spaces for internal webinars.

Deloitte Recruitment Requirement

• Graduate or diploma with knowledge of research
• 0–2 years of experience working in marketing
• The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear and succinct manner
• Effective written and verbal communication and documentation skills
• juggling several clients and tasks at once.
• The capacity to prioritize tasks across many projects and multitask
• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills

• Experience working in professional services / multi-stakeholder environment
