Starbucks Recruitment Eligibility
- Students seeking the Secondary or 10th-grade pass level
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Valid Aadhar (National Identity) card
Starbucks Recruitment Program Framework
- Paid apprenticeship with on-the-job training for a year.
- 5 days of labor, 9 hours each day (including a 1-hour break).
- Online evaluation at the end of three and eleven months.
