NITM Recruitment 2023: The ICMR – National Institute of Traditional Medicine, Belagavi is seeking applications for two vacancies in the positions of Lower Division Clerk and Stenographer. Individuals holding qualifications of Any Degree or 12th Grade are eligible to apply for these positions.

Eligibility Criteria: NITM Recruitment 2023

The eligibility criteria for NITM Recruitment 2023 outline the essential requirements that candidates must meet to apply for various positions at the National Institute of Traditional Medicine.

These criteria serve as a benchmark to ensure that candidates possess the necessary qualifications and skills to be considered for employment opportunities at NITM.

Age Limit(As on 27/10/2023) –

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 27 Years

Age Relaxation –

• There will be no age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates applying for Unreserved posts as per Government of India regulations.
• Individuals engaged in continuous service within ICMR projects may be eligible for an age relaxation of up to 5 years, provided they have entered into project service within the specified age limit for the respective post.
• Age limit relaxation may apply to individuals with a minimum disability of 40%.

Educational Qualifications & Skills Required –

For Lower Division Clerk:

• Candidates should possess a degree from a recognized University or its equivalent.
• Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on a computer. (These speeds correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on average with 5 key depressions for each word.)

For Stenographer:

• Applicants must have completed the 12th class or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University, with computer literacy.
• Proficiency in shorthand with a speed of 80 words per minute in English or Hindi.

• Salary Structure for LDC/Stenographers in NITM Recruitment 2023: Pay Scale of Rs. 5,200-20,200/- with Grade Pay

• The selection process for these positions will comprise a Computer Based Test (CBT).
• Shortlisted candidates will receive information regarding the date, time, and venue of the CBT through call letters/admit cards.

Application Fee

• The application fee is Rs.300/- (Non-Refundable).
• SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities (PwD), Women candidates, and Ex-Servicemen are exempt from the application fee.
• ICMR employees are required to pay the application fee.
• The application fee should be submitted in the form of a Demand Draft made out to “Director, ICMR-NITM, Belagavi” and should be payable at Belagavi. This Demand Draft should be sent along with the application.
