The National Productivity Council (NPC) was established in 1958 as an autonomous organization under the Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry (India), Government of India. • Candidates appointed for the post of Assistant Director (Group A) will be entitled to receive an initial pay in the scale of Rs. 15600-39100 + grade pay of Rs. 5400 (Level – 10 as per 7th CPC) plus other allowances as admissible under NPC rules.

NPC Age Limit

• Maximum 25 years as on 31st December 2023. Age Relaxation 03 years for OBC (NCL), 05 years for SC / ST and 10 years for PwBD.

Eligible candidates are required to submit their applications online through the NPC Recruitment Portal (npcrecruitment.in) starting from 2nd December 2023. The online registration process involves the following steps:

• Step 1: Registration Candidates must register by providing details such as GATE-2023 Discipline, Name, Date of Birth, Email ID, Mobile Number, etc. Upon successful completion of this stage, log in details will be sent to the candidate’s email ID and registered mobile number.
• Step 2: Application Submission After successful registration, candidates can log in using their credentials to complete the online application. This step requires filling in educational qualifications, category details, uploading photos, signatures, etc. Once the candidate ensures that all entered information is correct, they can submit the application using the “Final Submit” option. It’s important to note that once the application is submitted, no changes can be made.
•  Step 3: Payment of Application Fee The application fee should be paid through online payment modes.
• Candidates are advised to scan and upload copies of the required original documents/certificates while filling out the online application form. These documents include a color photograph, signature, date of birth certificate, mark sheets, degree certificates, community certificate, GATE scorecard, etc.
