As an Associate Software Engineer, your main tasks would include:
- Designing, building, testing, and configuring applications based on business requirements.
- It is understanding the factors that affect performance and ensuring that software meets those standards.
- Incorporating the latest technology trends into solutions and contributing to developing automation solutions and new features.
- Resolving incidents and providing support to customers through various channels like voice interaction, email, chat, and remote support.
Accenture Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- All streams/branches of B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) from 2023 & 2024 year of pass outs with full-time education only (Part-time and distance educations are not considered)
o Note: MBA /PGDBM candidates are not eligible to apply for this role
- No active backlogs during application and/or during onboarding.
- Candidates should have completed their relevant degree (eligible for this job role), in the stipulated duration of the degree. Hence, there should be no gaps during your degree.
o Eg: Candidates must completed their B.Tech in 4 years or M.Tech/MSc in 2 years.
- Only the candidate’s highest educational qualification will be considered.
- The candidate should not have participated in Accenture’s recruitment assessment or interview process within the last three months.
- The candidate must have less than 11 months of work experience.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in India either by citizenship or possessing relevant work permit documents.

- The assessment is scheduled in two stages and must be completed within the scheduled time
Accenture Recruitment 2024 Mock Assessment
- Participation in the 20-minute mock/practice assessment is mandatory.
- The purpose is to ensure you have the appropriate hardware, software, and internet connection.
- This assessment aims to provide you with an experience of the assessment process.
- It serves to verify your setup and readiness for future assessments.
Assessment #1: Cognitive and Technical Assessment
- Candidates will get 90 minutes to complete this assessment
Cognitive and Technical assessment includes 50 questions on
- English ability
- Critical thinking and Problem-solving
- Abstract Reasoning
Technical assessment includes 40 questions on:
- Common Application and MS Office
- Pseudocode
- Fundamentals of Networking, Security, and Cloud
Cognitive and technical assessment results will be notified within 5-10 minutes post-completion. Candidates are advised to remain seated and await the result. Coding assessment will commence immediately after post-result notification
Candidates are required to meet the section and subsection cut-off in our assessment to be considered for further rounds. Candidates must participate in coding assessment mandatorily post clearing the cognitive and technical assessment.
Assessment #2: Coding assessment
The duration of this assessment will be 45 minutes
Candidates will get 2 questions that must be solved using any one of the following languages

Assessment #3: Communication assessment
The duration of this assessment is approximately 30 minutes
