BEL Recruitment 2024 Selection process
Eligible candidates will be provisionally shortlisted and required to appear for a Written Test worth 150 marks, divided into two parts:
- Part I: General Awareness (50 marks)
- Covers general mental ability, logical reasoning, analytical and comprehension ability, basic numeracy, data interpretation skills, and general knowledge.
- Part II: Technical/Trade Aptitude (100 marks)
- Consists of questions specific to the respective discipline.
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- General / OBC / EWS: 35% in both Part I & Part II separately.
- SC / ST / PwBD: 30% in both Part I & Part II separately.

Engineering Assistant Trainees (EAT):
- Training Period: 6 months in Bangalore.
- Stipend: Rs. 24,000 per month during training.
- Post-Training: Placed on regular pay scales upon successful completion and passing the graduation test.

BEL Recruitment 2024 Application Fee
Candidates in the GEN/OBC/EWS categories must pay an application fee of ₹250 + GST. SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempt from the fee.
