Qualification Criteria:

• Graduates in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution/Board approved by the Government of India/UGC/other regulatory bodies.
• Candidates must be graduates as of 01-11-2024. Those awaiting results or pursuing a degree are not eligible to apply.

Age Criteria:

• Maximum age: 26 years as of 01-11-2024 (born not earlier than 02-11-1998).
• Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

Nationality:

• Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

Karnataka Bank Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

• Online Test:
  • Tentatively scheduled for 15-12-2024.
  • Exam centers include Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Mangaluru, Dharwad/Hubballi, Mysuru, Shivamogga, and Kalaburgi.
  • The Bank reserves the right to change the center based on administrative needs.
• Interview:
  • Candidates who clear the online test will be invited for an interview.
  • The interview will be held at the Bank’s Head Office in Mangaluru or another location decided by the Bank.
• Note: No allowances or reimbursements will be provided for attending the test or interview.

• Starting Basic Pay: ₹24,050 per month
• Pay Scale: ₹24,050 – 13,340/3 – 28,070 – 1,650/3 – 33,020 – 2,000/4 – 41,020 – 2,340/7 – 57,400 – 4,400/1 – 61,800 – 2,680/1 – 64,480
• Other Benefits: DA, HRA, and other allowances as per applicable rules.
• Current CTC: Approximately ₹59,000 per month at Metro Centers.

Karnataka Bank Recruitment 2024 Appointment Job & Job Location

• Induction Training:
  • Selected candidates must undergo an Induction Training Programme at the Bank’s Staff Training College in Mangaluru (or another designated location) at their own expense.
• Post-Training Assignment:
  • After successful completion of the training, candidates will be posted to any of the Bank’s branches or offices.
• Probation Period:
  • Candidates will be on probation for six months. Upon satisfactory completion, their services will be confirmed based on the Bank’s rules and regulations.

• • Selected candidates will be required to sign an Undertaking to work with the Bank for a minimum of three years.
