Experience:
- Medical Officer: 1-year post-qualification experience as a Medical Practitioner in Industrial Establishments/Hospitals (experience is preferred, but not mandatory).

- MBBS with registration under Indian Medical Council/State Medical Council.
- 1-year post-qualification experience is preferred.
- Candidates with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Medicine will be considered based on course duration.

- Standard X Pass and Three-year Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery OR B.Sc. Nursing.
- Registration with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council is required.

FACT Recruitment 2024 Salary & Compensation

- Note: Higher consolidated pay will be considered for candidates with more relevant experience, subject to the maximum pay indicated.
- Annual Increment: A 3% increment on consolidated pay upon successful completion of each year/renewal of contract.
- Other Benefits: Leave, Accident Insurance Coverage, Provident Fund, TA & DA for duty travel, and Rent Free Accommodation (subject to eligibility).
