DRDO DMSRDE Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection process will involve a walk-in interview. Candidates must bring the following documents to the interview:

• Bio-data
• Recent passport-sized photograph
• Xerox copies of mark sheets, certificates, and testimonials
• Community certificate (if applicable)
• GATE/NET scorecard
• ID proof (Voter’s ID/Aadhar Card/Pan Card/Driving License)

Candidates working in Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel.

1. Prepare Documents:
   • Bio-data (use the format provided by DRDO)
   • Recent passport-sized photograph
   • Self-attested copies of:
     • Educational mark sheets, certificates, and testimonials
     • Community certificate (if applicable)
     • GATE/NET score card (if applicable)
     • ID proof (Voter’s ID, Aadhar Card, Pan Card, or Driving License)
2. Walk-in Interview:
   • Date & Time: 14th February 2025 (Friday) at 09:00 AM
   • Venue: DMSRDE Transit Facility, Near DRLM Puliya, G.T. Road, Kanpur 208 004
3. Submission at Interview:
   • Candidates must bring the original documents for verification along with the self-attested copies.
   • If you are working with a Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous body, apply through the proper channel.
4. Additional Information:
   • The application does not require submission in advance. You must attend the walk-in interview in person with the required documents.

Important Notes:

• Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis may also appear for the interview. However, the associateship will be awarded only after the Ph.D. degree or provisional certificate is awarded.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
• The Director, DMSRDE, reserves the right not to select any candidate if no suitable candidates are found.
