IIT Madras Recruitment 2025 Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Project Associate:
   • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture/Ship Technology/Ocean Engg.
   • Selection through NET, GATE, or any national-level examination conducted by the central government.
   • Desired skills include experimental fluid mechanics, hydrodynamics, and proficiency in Rhino/Solidworks and ANSYS.
2. Senior Research Fellow (SRF):
   • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture/Ship Technology/Ocean Engg.
   • At least 2 years of research experience.
   • Selection through NET, GATE, or any national-level examination.
3. Software Developer:
   • Postgraduate/B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent.
   • 2-3 years of relevant experience in software development.
4. Project Associate:
   • Undergraduate degree in Engineering or any non-engineering postgraduate in Management.

• JRF/Project Associate: Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 37,000/-
• SRF: Rs. 42,000/-

• Selection will be based on interviews.
