DFCCIL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- MTS: 10th Matriculation + ITI approved course with 60% marks
- Executive (Electrical, Signal & Telecomm., Civil): 3-year Diploma in relevant field with 60% marks
- Junior Manager (Finance): CA/ICWA/CS/MBA (Finance)/PG Diploma in Finance
Age Limit (as of 01/07/2025):
- MTS: 18 to 33 years
- Executive & Junior Manager: 18 to 30 years
DFCCIL Salary Structure
- MTS: Rs. 16,000 – Rs. 45,000 (N-1 Level)
- Executive: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 1,20,000 (E0 Level)
- Junior Manager: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000 (E2 Level)
DFCCIL Selection Process
The selection will include:
- Computer-Based Tests (CBT 1 & CBT 2) for all posts.
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for MTS posts.
- Document Verification and Medical Examination for all selected candidates.
