- Age Limit:
- Management Trainees: Maximum 27 years (varies for reserved categories).
- Assistant Manager: Maximum 28 years.

- For MT:
- Written Test (Computer-Based Online Test) – 150 questions; 85% weightage.
- Interview – 15% weightage.
- For AM, SM, DGM:
- Direct Interview.

BDL Recruitment 2025 Salary:
- Management Trainees (Grade II): ₹40,000–₹1,40,000 per month (₹15.91 lakh CTC after absorption).
- Assistant Manager (Grade II): ₹40,000–₹1,40,000 per month.
- Senior Manager (Grade V): ₹70,000–₹2,00,000 per month (₹25.26 lakh CTC).
- Deputy General Manager (Grade VI): ₹80,000–₹2,20,000 per month (₹28.37 lakh CTC).
