AAI Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Senior Assistant (Official Language): Master’s degree in Hindi/English or any other subject with Hindi/English as compulsory subjects at graduation level. 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Senior Assistant (Accounts): Graduate (preferably B.Com) with 2 years of experience.
- Senior Assistant (Electronics): Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering with 2 years of experience.
- Junior Assistant (Fire Service):
- 10th + 3-year Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Fire OR 12th Pass.
- Must have a valid Heavy/Medium/Light Motor Vehicle License.
- Must meet physical fitness standards (Height, Weight, Chest expansion, etc.).
Age Limit (as on 5th March 2025)
- Maximum 30 years.
- Age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, Ex-Servicemen & PwBD – as per government norms.

The selection process consists of:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Skill Test (where applicable)
- Document Verification
- Physical Endurance Test (for Junior Assistant – Fire Service)

- 70% subject-related questions
- 30% General Knowledge, General Intelligence, Aptitude, and English

- Senior Assistant (NE-6 Level): Rs. 36,000 – 1,10,000 per month (IDA Pay Scale)
- Junior Assistant (NE-4 Level): Rs. 31,000 – 92,000 per month (IDA Pay Scale)
