India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) is hiring 51 Executives on a contract basis for up to three years across multiple states in India. Candidates must be graduates in any discipline and between 21 to 35 years old as of February 1, 2025. The selection process includes merit-based shortlisting (based on graduation marks) followed by an interview. The salary offered is ₹30,000 per month, with additional performance-based incentives. Educational Qualification

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Preference will be given to candidates who reside in the respective state for which they are applying.

• Minimum: 21 years

• Maximum: 35 years

• Age relaxation applies as per government norms (SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PWD: 10-15 years).
