Educational Qualification & Experience

Contractual (Executive Category Posts):

• Junior Technical Manager (Civil): B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Junior Technical Manager (Electrical): B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Junior Technical Manager (SNT): B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics & Communications with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Junior Technical Manager (RS): B.E/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics /Electrical/ Electronics & Communications /Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Assistant Technical Manager (Architecture): Bachelor of Architecture with minimum 4 years of experience.
• Assistant Technical Manager (Database Administrator): B.E/B.Tech in any discipline or MCA + Oracle Database Administration Certified Professional with minimum 4 years of experience.

Regular (Executive Category Posts):

• Assistant Manager (Procurement): B.E/B.Tech in any discipline with minimum 4 years of experience.
• Assistant Manager (General): Degree in any discipline with minimum 4 years of experience.

Age Limit (As of 31 March 2025):

• Contractual Posts: 20 – 35 years
• Regular Posts: Up to 35 years

NHSRCL Recruutmnt 2025 Selection Process

Selection will be based on three stages:

• Computer-Based Test (CBT): Tests knowledge, comprehension, aptitude, and technical skills.
• Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates based on CBT will be interviewed.
• Medical Examination: Candidates must pass a medical fitness test as per NHSRCL standards.

• Assistant Technical Manager: Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 1,60,000/-
