MSU Baroda Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
For Assistant Professor / Teaching Positions:
- Master’s Degree with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/SEBC/PwBD) in a relevant discipline.
- NET/SLET/SET qualification is mandatory as per UGC norms.
(Exempted if Ph.D. awarded in accordance with UGC Regulations.)
For Engineering & Technology Disciplines:
- At least 60% marks or equivalent in B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech.
- Candidates with less than First Class in Bachelor’s must have 55% in Master’s.
General Requirements:
- Consistently good academic record (at least 50% in Bachelor’s and 55% in Master’s).
- Degrees must be from recognized institutions (UGC/AICTE/PCI).
- Foreign degrees must have an Equivalence Certificate from AIU.
