- Educational Qualifications:
- Post-graduate/Graduate in any discipline /MBA /PGDBM/B.Tech/Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost Accountant (CWA)/LLB
- Minimum post-qualification experience of 2 years in Finance Institutions, Commercial Banks, or related fields (such as Project Finance, Legal Advisory, Corporate Strategy, Risk Analysis, etc.).
- Age Limit:
- Candidates must be under 30 years of age as of 31st March 2025.
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwD (General/EWS): 10 years

IIFCL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection process consists of two phases:
- Phase I – Online Examination (Objective Type)
- Sections: Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Current Affairs related to the financial sector.
- Domain Knowledge section specific to finance.
- Phase II – Interview
- Shortlisted candidates from Phase I will be called for an interview (Technical and Behavioral). The interview will carry 100 marks.
- Final Merit List:
The final selection will be based on the combined marks of the Written Exam (Phase I) and Interview (Phase II).
