- Manager (General/Depot/Movement): Graduate with 60% marks or CA/ICWA/CS
- Manager (Accounts): CA/ICWA/CS or B.Com + MBA (Finance)
- Manager (Technical): B.Sc. in Agriculture or B.Tech/BE in Food Science
- Manager (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering
- Manager (Electrical/Mechanical): Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Manager (Hindi): Master’s in Hindi with English at degree level + 5 years experience

FCI Recruitment 2025 Salary
Selected candidates will receive a basic pay of Rs. 40,000/- during training. After training, the total monthly salary including HRA and allowances will be approximately Rs. 71,000/-.
