- Full-time BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 65% marks for General/EWS/OBC-NCL and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- Age limit: Maximum 26 years as on 01/07/2025 (relaxations applicable).
IOCL Engineers/Officers Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT) – 100 questions (150 minutes).
- Section A: 50 questions (Domain Knowledge)
- Section B: 50 questions (General Aptitude – Quantitative, Reasoning, Verbal)
- Marking: +1 for correct, -0.25 for wrong answers
- Group Discussion & Group Task – Communication, teamwork, and analytical skills tested.
- Personal Interview – Technical knowledge and personality assessment.
- Weightage – CBT (85%), GD/GT (5%), PI (10%).

Selected candidates will receive a salary of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 per month along with additional allowances and benefits as per IOCL norms.
