- 10th Pass from a recognized board
- Ability to read and write in Malayalam and English
- Minimum 5 years’ clerical experience in Judicial side in High Court/District Judiciary of Kerala
- Working knowledge of computers
- Maximum Age: 65 Years (as on 23-11-2025), Age relaxation as per rules
