EPFO Recruitment Selection Process:

The Selection process will be done on the basis of Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Computer Skill Test.

Phase III – Computer Skill Test (Computer Data Entry Test):

 Candidates will be required to appear for the Skill Test to assess speed and accuracy for Data Entry Work. The minimum requirement is 5000 key depressions per hour. Candidates short-listed for Skill Test will have to appear for a Skill Test.

Resolution Of Tie Cases:

 In cases where more than one candidate secures the equal aggregates marks in Phase-II, the tie will be resolved by applying the following methods one after another:

  • Date of Birth, with older candidates, placed higher.
  • Alphabetical order in which names of the candidates appear.
