Acko Internship 2023 Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate should be available for a full-time (Work in Office) internship.
  • Can join the training before 19 April 2023.
  • The candidate should be available for the duration of 06 months.
  • Should have relevant skills as per the post.
  • can start the internship between 5th Apr’23 and 10th May’23

Roles & Responsibility

  • Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders on coordinating the interview process from start to finish to ensure a good stakeholder experience
  • Assist with other related recruitment duties and input into projects as required
  • Maintain data and prepare reports and dashboards pertaining to candidate information and interview coordination and update
  • Create job posts and check the applicant tracking system daily for new applications; review and share candidate applications with hiring managers on assigned roles
  • Conduct virtual interviews and assessments as per the job requirement
  • Follow up with hiring managers to ensure that all interview/assessment notes are collated, explaining the importance of the collection of this documentation
  • Work on coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews to ensure a good candidate experience.
