Roles & Responsibility

• Prepare die blanks for heat treatment operation
• Do stress releveling prior to hardening
• Segregate work according to thickness and size of the die
• Load effectively to achieve optimum utilization of the furnace
• Ensure the stock of Liquid nitrogen, other gases required
• Do Autonomous maintenance of the furnace
• Enter the information to ERP
• Check hardness of the dies and update in ERP before release
• ensure the Job thermocouple is placed in the correct position
• Arrange tempering and retempering in baffle furnaces
