General category candidates have a maximum age limit of 28 years. However, candidates in the OBC category are entitled to a 3-year age relaxation, and candidates in the SC/ST category are entitled to a 5-year relaxation in the upper age limit, as per Government rules.

AIASL Recruitment 2024 Selection process

For the position of Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver:

• Trade Test: Assessing trade knowledge and driving skills, including HMV driving.
• Interview: Personal or virtual interview.
• Selection: Conducted on the same or subsequent days.
• Outstation Candidates: Advised to arrange lodging and boarding at their own cost if needed.

For Handyman/Handywoman position:

• Physical Endurance Test: Includes activities like weight lifting and running. Qualifiers proceed to interview.
• Interview: Personal or virtual, conducted on the same or subsequent days.
• Selection: Conducted on the same or subsequent days.
• Outstation Candidates: Arrange your lodging and boarding at your own expense if needed.
