Candidates must hold a Postgraduate Medical Degree (MD, MS, MDS, DNB, DM, M.Ch) or M.Sc./M. Biotech with Ph.D from a recognized institution. The maximum age limit is 45 years with age relaxation as per government norms.
The selection process includes a written examination, screening test, interview, and document verification.
For Medical candidates: Pay Level 11 of the 7th CPC with an entry pay of Rs. 67,700/- + NPA + usual allowances.
For Non-Medical candidates (M.Sc. with Ph.D.): Pay Level 10 of the 7th CPC with an entry pay of Rs. 56,100/- + NPA + allowances.
