AAI is inviting online applications for non-executive positions in various airports of the Northern Region. The recruitment is open to candidates domiciled in Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.

• Senior Assistant (Official Language) – 4 vacancies
• Senior Assistant (Accounts) – 21 vacancies
• Senior Assistant (Electronics) – 47 vacancies

AAI Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Senior Assistant (Official Language): Master’s degree in Hindi/English or any other subject with Hindi/English as compulsory subjects at graduation level. 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Senior Assistant (Accounts): Graduate (preferably B.Com) with 2 years of experience.
• Senior Assistant (Electronics): Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering with 2 years of experience.
• Junior Assistant (Fire Service):
  • 10th + 3-year Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Fire OR 12th Pass.
  • Must have a valid Heavy/Medium/Light Motor Vehicle License.
  • Must meet physical fitness standards (Height, Weight, Chest expansion, etc.).

Age Limit (as on 5th March 2025)

• Maximum 30 years.
• Age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, Ex-Servicemen & PwBD – as per government norms.

AAI Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection process consists of:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)
2. Skill Test (where applicable)
3. Document Verification
4. Physical Endurance Test (for Junior Assistant – Fire Service)

Exam Syllabus:

• 70% subject-related questions
• 30% General Knowledge, General Intelligence, Aptitude, and English

• Senior Assistant (NE-6 Level): Rs. 36,000 – 1,10,000 per month (IDA Pay Scale)
• Junior Assistant (NE-4 Level): Rs. 31,000 – 92,000 per month (IDA Pay Scale)
