AAI Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Senior Assistant (Official Language): Master’s degree in Hindi/English or any other subject with Hindi/English as compulsory subjects at graduation level. 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Senior Assistant (Accounts): Graduate (preferably B.Com) with 2 years of experience.
• Senior Assistant (Electronics): Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering with 2 years of experience.
• Junior Assistant (Fire Service):
  • 10th + 3-year Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Fire OR 12th Pass.
  • Must have a valid Heavy/Medium/Light Motor Vehicle License.
  • Must meet physical fitness standards (Height, Weight, Chest expansion, etc.).

Age Limit (as on 5th March 2025)

• Maximum 30 years.
• Age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, Ex-Servicemen & PwBD – as per government norms.

AAI Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection process consists of:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)
