Educational Qualification:
- Junior Executive (Fire Services)
- BE/B.Tech in Fire Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering
- No prior experience required
- Junior Executive (Human Resources)
- Graduate Degree + MBA (2 years) in HRM / HRD / PM & IR / Labour Welfare
- No prior experience required
- Junior Executive (Official Language)
- Post-graduation in Hindi or English with Hindi or English as a subject at Degree Level OR
- Post-graduation in any subject with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects at the Degree Level
- Minimum 2 years of experience in translation work
Age Limit (as of 18 March 2025)
- General Category: 27 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years relaxation (up to 30 years)
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation (up to 32 years)
- PwBD: 10 years relaxation (up to 37 years)

The selection process consists of:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) – No negative marking
