Amazon GO-AI Associate Responsibilities

An associate in this role is responsible for examining recordings of stowing acts at a fulfillment center, thoroughly comprehending them, and appropriately annotating the activities displayed using both human judgment and tools. Their responsibilities include accurately confirming or identifying product positions using a tool, which helps to maintain stow quality at the fulfillment center. This operational position entails detailed video/image annotations with a high degree of accuracy and duration while under general supervision.

Amazon GO-AI Associate Education Qualification

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any stream with good knowledge of MS Office.

GO-AI Associates operate in a 24X7 environment with rotational shifts, spanning 9 hours inclusive of breaks. Shift timings may change quarterly or based on business needs. Night shift allowances are provided as per Amazon’s policy for those working night shifts.

Weekly Offs: Associates enjoy rotational two-consecutive days off, constituting a 5-day working week with off-days not necessarily falling on Saturday and Sunday, subject to business discretion.

Locations: The role requires a mandatory presence in Bangalore for onboarding and work operations.

Amazon’s GO-AI Team: About the Team

Amazon’s GO-AI team is dedicated to providing human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities, to enable hands-free active stowing via visual annotations on videos and photographs. Short-duration films, typically lasting 15 to 20 seconds, are sent to GO-AI for human annotation, describing the products kept at fulfillment sites. These movies are thoroughly reviewed and annotated by GO-AI Associates using their best judgment. The annotated films are critical in improving the efficiency of the automated process and ensuring the quality at the fulfillment center.
