  • Candidate should be available for a full-time (work in the office) internship.
  • Can join the internship before 02 May 2023

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Recommending solutions for better operations
  • Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Working on end-to-end recruitment and selection as per Apollo oncology & international requirements
  • Posting jobs and attracting talent through social networking
  • Screening candidates’ resumes and job applications
  • Managing the pipeline, coordinating assignments, coordinating with recruitment agencies (if any), industry/potential talent mapping activities, social media recruiting, and other related tasks as applicable
  • Supporting in coordinating with hiring managers (as applicable)

Skills & Requirements:

  • Should be able to work with Excel sheets, PowerPoint, and other digital project management tools to manage the pipeline of candidates and talent acquisition end-to-end process
  • Must be digitally literate and comfortable learning and working on all job-related tasks
  • The candidate must possess excellent verbal communication skills
