AVNL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

Screening of applications followed by Interviews (physical/virtual) for shortlisted candidates. Weightage: 75% educational marks, 10% experience, 15% interview performance.

AVNL Recruitment 2025 Salary

₹30,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month + IDA depending on post. No increments during contract term. For retired Government officials, remuneration fixed by deducting pension from last drawn salary or consolidated payment, whichever is lower.

AVNL Recruitment 2025 Application Fee

₹300 via SBI Collect/Demand Draft. Exemption: SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen/EWS/Female candidates.
