Educational Qualifications:
- Officers (IT & Digital Banking) – B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, IT, or MCA. Additional certifications in Cyber Security, DevOps, API, and Cloud Computing are preferred.
- Risk & Treasury Officers – Graduation with risk management or finance certifications (FRM, PRM, CFA, CA, CMA).
- Company Secretary – CS from ICSI; CA/CFA/CMA preferred.
- Engineers – BE/B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- Economist – Ph.D. in Economics with banking/finance expertise.
Experience Requirements:
- Scale II: Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Scale III: Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Scale IV: Minimum 8 years of experience.
- Scale V: Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Scale VI: Minimum 12 years of experience.
- Scale VII: Minimum 15 years of experience.
Age Limit:
- Scale II Officers – 22 to 35 years
- Scale III Officers – 25 to 38 years
- Scale IV Officers – Up to 40 years
- Scale V Officers – Up to 45 years
- Scale VI Officers – Up to 50 years
- Scale VII Officers – Up to 55 years
