The eligibility criteria for BECIL Recruitment 2023 require candidates to meet specific qualifications and experience based on the positions available.

Educational Qualifications –

Educational Qualifications for BECIL Recruitment 2023 are as follows:

Events Manager:

• Candidate must have completed a Graduate degree in any stream.
• Should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in events management and customer relations.
• Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages is essential.

Help Desk Assistant (Skilled):

• Candidate must have completed a Graduate degree in any stream OR
• Matriculation with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages is required.

Housekeeping Staff (Unskilled):

• Candidates should have relevant experience in housekeeping work.
