Candidates must hold a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication, Communication, Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Science, or Information Technology. General, OBC (NCL), and EWS candidates should have an aggregate of 55% and above across all semesters/years, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates must have a Pass Class.

BEL Recruitment 2024 Age Limit

For Trainee Engineer (TE) positions:

For BE/B.TECH: The upper age limit is 28 years.
For ME/M.TECH: The upper age limit is 30 years.
The upper age limit is 28 years for candidates in the General & EWS category.
There is a relaxation of 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.

BEL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

• Written Test for shortlisted candidates, followed by an Interview for those who qualify.
• The venue for the Written Test/Interview will be communicated later.
• 85% of marks were allocated for the written test and 15% for the interview.
• Candidates passing the written test will be called for an interview in a 1:5 ratio in each category.
• Shortlisted candidates and final selections will be notified on the company’s website.
• Written Test/Interview call letters will be sent via email only.

BEL Recruitment 2024 Salary

The salary progression for this role is as follows:

• Rs. 30,000/- per month for the 1st Year
• Rs. 35,000/- per month for the 2nd Year
• Rs. 40,000/- per month for the 3rd Year
