BEL Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality

Candidates must be Indian citizens.

2. Age Criteria (as of 01.11.2024)

• Upper Age Limit:
  • General (UR): 28 years
• Relaxation of Upper Age Limit:
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • PwBD (minimum 40% disability): 10 years

3. Educational Qualification

Candidates must have completed BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) (4 years course) in the following disciplines from a recognized university/college:

1. Electronics:

2. Mechanical:

BEL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

• Computer-Based Test (CBT):
  • Conducted in Bangalore for 85 marks:
    • General Aptitude (15 marks)
    • Technical Aptitude (70 marks)
  • Minimum Qualifying Marks:
    • General/OBC/EWS: 35%
    • SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
• Interview:
  • Shortlisted candidates from CBT will appear for an interview in Bangalore.
• Final Selection:
  • Based on combined performance in CBT and Interview.

BEL Recruitment 2024 Pay and Allowances

• Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000
• Approx. CTC: ₹12–12.5 Lakhs per annum
• Additional Benefits: DA, HRA, Conveyance Allowance, 35% Perquisites, PRP, Medical Reimbursement, Group Insurance, PF, Pension, and Gratuity (if applicable) as per company norms.
