Eligibility Criteria: BEL Vacancy 2023

The eligibility criteria for BEL Vacancy 2023 specify the essential qualifications and prerequisites that candidates must fulfill to apply for positions within Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a leading aerospace and defense technology company in India.

Qualifications & Skills Required –

For Project Engineer-I:

• A full-time BE/B Tech in Electronics and communication, Electronics, Telecommunication, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and instrumentation, or
• Instrumentation, along with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in the installation, commissioning of Electronics/Electrical systems, and integration of Electronic/Embedded systems.

Tenure: Project Engineer-I will initially be engaged for 3 years, extendable up to a maximum of 4 years based on project requirements and performance.

Age Limit (As of November 1, 2023)

• Maximum age limit: 32 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC & ST candidates: 5 years

Selection Process – BEL Vacancy 2023

• Eligible candidates will undergo a Written Test, which is scored out of 85 marks.
• Those who clear the Written Test will be invited for an Interview, with a 15-mark allocation.
• Minimum passing marks are 35% for General/EWS/OBC and 30% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates in both Written Tests and Interviews.
• The test and interview venues will be communicated at a later date.
