BDL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Management Trainee (MT) – Grade II
- First-class Bachelor’s Degree (B.E/B.Tech) or 5-Year Integrated Course in relevant disciplines.
- MT (Finance): CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance).
- MT (Cyber Security): Additional CEH, CISSP, CISM, CCNA, OSCP certifications preferred.
- MT (Public Relations): MBA/PGD in Mass Communication/Journalism (2 years).
Assistant Manager (Legal) – Grade II
- First-class LLB (3 or 5 years) from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years.

- Computer-Based Online Test (CBoT)
- Part 1: 100 MCQs (Subject-Specific)
- Part 2: 50 MCQs (General Aptitude)
- Duration: 2 Hours
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer
- Weightage: 85% (CBoT) + 15% (Interview)
- Qualifying Marks:
- UR/EWS: 60%
- SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD: 50%
- Interview (Based on CBoT scores)
- Test Centers: Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, etc.
