BDL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Management Trainee (MT) – Grade II

• First-class Bachelor’s Degree (B.E/B.Tech) or 5-Year Integrated Course in relevant disciplines.
• MT (Finance): CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance).
• MT (Cyber Security): Additional CEH, CISSP, CISM, CCNA, OSCP certifications preferred.
• MT (Public Relations): MBA/PGD in Mass Communication/Journalism (2 years).

Assistant Manager (Legal) – Grade II

• First-class LLB (3 or 5 years) from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years.

BDL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

1. Computer-Based Online Test (CBoT)
   • Part 1: 100 MCQs (Subject-Specific)
   • Part 2: 50 MCQs (General Aptitude)
   • Duration: 2 Hours
   • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer
   • Weightage: 85% (CBoT) + 15% (Interview)
   • Qualifying Marks:
     • UR/EWS: 60%
     • SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD: 50%
2. Interview (Based on CBoT scores)
3. Test Centers: Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, etc.
