The selection process for BEL Deputy Engineer Recruitment 2025 involves:

1. Written Test (85 Marks)
   • The written test will have questions from the candidate’s technical domain and general aptitude.
   • Minimum qualifying marks: 35% for General/OBC/EWS and 30% for SC/ST/PwBD.
2. Interview (15 Marks)
   • Candidates who qualify the written test will be shortlisted for an interview in a ratio of 1:5.
3. Final Selection
   • The final merit list will be based on 85% weightage for the written test and 15% for the interview.

The selected candidates will receive a salary in the range of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 per month, depending on the position and experience level.
