Post-wise Educational Qualifications

1. Upper Division Clerk (UDC):
   • Essential: Degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
   • Desirable: Knowledge of typing and 5 years of experience in a government or non-government office.
   • Age Limit: 27 years (as on 29th December 2024)
2. Lower Division Clerk (LDC):
   • Essential:
     • 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
     • Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on a computer.
   • Age Limit: 27 years (as on 29th December 2024)
3. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS):
   • Essential: Matriculation or equivalent.
   • Age Limit: 25 years (as on 29th December 2024)

Age relaxation as per Central Government norms.

BOPT(ER) Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

1. Written Examination:
   • Objective-type questions to assess reasoning, general knowledge, and job-specific skills.
2. Skill Test:
   • Typing proficiency test for LDC.

Final selection will be based on the combined performance in written exams and skill tests.
