BECIL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

• Burner (Kiln Operations):
  • Educational Qualification: B.Sc. (with Chemistry) or Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Cement Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in the cement industry.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
  • Contract Period: 1 year (extendable by another year).
  • Fixed Remuneration: Rs. 40,000/- p.m.
• Fitter (Semi-Skilled), Electrician (Semi-Skilled), Instrument Mechanic (Semi-Skilled):
  • Educational Qualification: ITI in relevant trades (Fitter, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic).
  • Age Limit: 18 – 35 years.
  • Fixed Remuneration: Rs. 12,360/- p.m. for each post.

1. Selection Process:
   • Candidates will be selected based on their qualifications and work experience.
