The selection process for the BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Vacancy 2024 consists of two stages: Examination and Interview. Both stages are essential for the final selection in any of the functional streams (Telecom Operation/Electrical/Civil/Finance).
Senior Executive Trainee employees selected in any functional stream will receive a basic pay scale ranging from Rs. 24,900 to Rs. 50,500 per month, along with various perks and benefits. The salary increases with the promotion of the BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Employee.
Candidates selected for the post of Senior Executive Trainee must undergo a probation period of 2 years from the date of joining.
