- Shortlisting: Based on qualifications and experience, shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Interview: Candidates must bring original documents for verification. No reimbursement for travel expenses will be provided unless the distance exceeds 50 km.
- Preference: Candidates with additional relevant qualifications and experience in the cement industry will be given preference.

- Remuneration:
- Post Code 01 to 11:
- Fresher: ₹30,000/- (Consolidated Contractual Fee)
- More than 2 years’ experience: ₹40,000/-
- Post Code 12: Remuneration details not specified separately.
- Annual Increment: Eligible for 6% annual increment on successful completion of 1 year.
- Medical Facilities: IPD medical facility for the candidate (self) during the contract period as per CCI rules.
- Leave: 20 days per year (non-encashable), can be accumulated if the contract is extended.
- Provident Fund: As per the EPF Act.
- T.A (Travel Allowance): As per the Corporation’s TA rules applicable to E-1 level employees.
- Maternity Leave: As per Government of India Rules.
