Cement Corporation of India Ltd. (CCI) Recruitment Selection Process

  • Shortlisting: Based on qualifications and experience, shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  • Interview: Candidates must bring original documents for verification. No reimbursement for travel expenses will be provided unless the distance exceeds 50 km.
  • Preference: Candidates with additional relevant qualifications and experience in the cement industry will be given preference.

Cement Corporation of India Ltd. (CCI) Recruitment Salary

  • Remuneration:
    • Post Code 01 to 11:
      • Fresher: ₹30,000/- (Consolidated Contractual Fee)
      • More than 2 years’ experience: ₹40,000/-
    • Post Code 12: Remuneration details not specified separately.
    • Annual Increment: Eligible for 6% annual increment on successful completion of 1 year.
  • Medical Facilities: IPD medical facility for the candidate (self) during the contract period as per CCI rules.
  • Leave: 20 days per year (non-encashable), can be accumulated if the contract is extended.
  • Provident Fund: As per the EPF Act.
  • T.A (Travel Allowance): As per the Corporation’s TA rules applicable to E-1 level employees.
  • Maternity Leave: As per Government of India Rules.

Cement Corporation of India Ltd. (CCI) Recruitment Application fee

  • UR/OBC/EWS: ₹100 (Non-refundable), payable through Demand Draft in favor of Cement Corporation of India Limited, payable at New Delhi. Applications without the Demand Draft will be rejected.
