Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

• Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens or persons who meet specific eligibility criteria defined by the Government of India.
• Age Limit:
  • Minimum age: 21 years
  • Maximum age: 32 years
  • Age relaxation for various categories as per government norms (SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities – 10 years, etc.).
• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government, including qualifications such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, and Cost Accountant.
• Experience:
  • Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in an Officer/Supervisory cadre or 3 years in a Clerical Cadre in Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs)/Scheduled Co-operative Banks (Urban & State)/Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) having a minimum assets size of Rs. 500 crores operating in India.

The salary scale for the Zone-Based Officer (JMGS-I) position is as follows:

• Basic Pay: Rs. 48,480 – 62,480 – 67,160 – 85,920 (with increments as per the bank’s policy)
• Perquisites/Allowances will be provided as per the bank’s policies.

• Probation: The selected candidates will be on probation for two years, extendable for a further year based on performance.
