- Faculty: Postgraduate (MSW/ MA in Rural Development/ Sociology/ Psychology/ B.Ed./ BSc Agriculture) with computer knowledge.
- Office Assistant: Graduate (BSW/BA/B.Com) with computer knowledge.
- Attender/Sub-Staff: 10th pass.
- Watchman cum Gardener: 7th pass, should be able to read/write the local language.
- All candidates should be residents of the same state or nearby districts.
