CWC Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

1. Management Trainee (General):
   Degree with 1st Class MBA in Personnel Management, HR, Industrial Relation, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
2. Management Trainee (Technical):
   1st Class PG Degree in Agriculture with Entomology/Biochemistry/Microbiology OR Zoology with Entomology. Preference for a PG Diploma in Warehousing/Cold Chain Management.
3. Accountant:
   B.Com, B.A. (Commerce), or CA/CWA with at least 3 years of experience in maintaining and auditing accounts.
4. Superintendent (General):
   Postgraduate Degree in any stream.
5. Junior Technical Assistant (JTA):
   Graduate in Agriculture OR Graduate with Chemistry/Zoology/Biochemistry as one of the subjects.
6. Special Reserved Posts:
   Refer to the official notification for SRD posts in NE and Ladakh.
