Educational Qualification by Discipline:
- Community Development: PG in Community Development, Rural Management, or similar fields with 60% marks.
- Environment: BE/BTech in Environmental Engineering or related fields with 60% marks.
- Finance: Qualified CA/ICWA.
- Legal: Graduate in Law (3/5 years) with 60% marks.
- Marketing & Sales: Recognized degree + MBA/PGDM in Marketing (Major) with 60% marks.
- Materials Management: BE/BTech + MBA/PGDM in Management with 60% marks.
- Personnel & HR: Graduate + Full-time PG degree/diploma in HR/IR/Personnel Management with 60% marks.
- Security: Graduate with relevant experience in the Armed Forces/Police/CPO.
- Coal Preparation: BE/BTech in Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering with 60% marks.
Age Limit:
- General/EWS: Maximum 30 years.
- OBC (NCL): 3 years relaxation.
- SC/ST/PwBD: As per government norms.

- During Training: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (E-2 Grade).
