Educational Qualification by Discipline:

• Community Development: PG in Community Development, Rural Management, or similar fields with 60% marks.
• Environment: BE/BTech in Environmental Engineering or related fields with 60% marks.
• Finance: Qualified CA/ICWA.
• Legal: Graduate in Law (3/5 years) with 60% marks.
• Marketing & Sales: Recognized degree + MBA/PGDM in Marketing (Major) with 60% marks.
• Materials Management: BE/BTech + MBA/PGDM in Management with 60% marks.
• Personnel & HR: Graduate + Full-time PG degree/diploma in HR/IR/Personnel Management with 60% marks.
• Security: Graduate with relevant experience in the Armed Forces/Police/CPO.
• Coal Preparation: BE/BTech in Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering with 60% marks.

Age Limit:

• General/EWS: Maximum 30 years.
• OBC (NCL): 3 years relaxation.

CIL Recruitment 2025 Salary

• During Training: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (E-2 Grade).
• After Training: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (E-3 Grade).
